We are a dynamic, socially driven team with a proven track record of success, collaborating with esteemed organisations such as Livv Housing Group, Dorset Pension Fund, ReSI Housing, Heylo Housing and CBRE.
Since 2018, the team has delivered over 700 new homes, partnering with prominent housebuilders including Redrow, Bellway, Persimmon and Barratt, as well as numerous SME developers.
In May 2023, following the sale of Auxesia Homes Ltd to Future Real Group—one of Europe’s largest real estate firms—our senior management team has continued to focus on property acquisitions across three key sectors. By creating stabilised income streams with inflation-linked rents, we deliver sustainable and impactful investment solutions.
Our vision is ambitious yet grounded: to establish a £1 billion platform spanning three property sectors, delivering safe and secure homes whilst achieving outstanding outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
